Summer Day Camp Program – Fun, Active, and Enriching Summer Care for Kids
Our summer day camp is offered exclusively during the summer break, running from the second week of June through the third week of August. This seasonal children's program is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and socially connected throughout the summer months.
Behavior Expectations
Children enrolled in our summer camp program are expected to demonstrate kindness, respect, and good listening skills toward all teaching staff and camp counselors. At this age, kids should be able to follow directions and participate in group activities with minimal difficulty. Our program fosters a positive, respectful environment where children can build confidence, independence, and social skills.
Outdoor Activities & Nature Exploration
Our summer camp emphasizes outdoor play and community exploration. Campers enjoy:
Guided nature walks around the neighborhood
Group walks to the local city park for outdoor recreation
Daily walks to the nearby school for shared group meals
These activities promote physical fitness, environmental awareness, and teamwork in a safe, supervised setting.
Weekly Swimming & Water Play
Water activities are a highlight of our summer program. Campers attend:
Weekly trips to the local community swimming pool for supervised swim time
Water play activities on the grass, including sprinklers and water games, on non-pool days
These water-based activities help kids stay cool, active, and entertained during the hottest days of summer.
What to Bring – Camp Essentials
Because summer weather can vary, parents should prepare children with weather-appropriate clothing each day — light layers for cooler, overcast mornings and breathable clothing for hot, sunny afternoons. All campers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle daily to stay hydrated during outdoor play and physical activities.
